I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself,  I'm RD your new account coordinator and I'll be here to help you get started with your RTS switchover. If you have any questions along the way please let me know and I'll be happy to help.

  Once we receive the setup forms I'll get our tech department started on creating your database. Then, we'll be ready to set up a training session to make the RTS opening as smooth as possible. 

I'm including some links and documentation I think you'll find useful in the meantime. The most important takeaway here is the Setup Checklist. This provides all the information needed to stay on track for a successful transition.
