Setting up Employee Schedules
Actions -> Schedule -> Employees from the menu.
The employee Schedule window allows you to graphically create employee schedules. Select the date and the department you wish to use. The existing schedule is automatically loaded. All employees that are enabled for this department are displayed. Before using the employee schedule you must add a department and activate the employees in the department.
Adding a shift- Single click on the shift starting time, a shift bar is added to the schedule.
Deleting a shift- Right click on the shift to delete and select delete from the menu.
Editing a shift- Shifts can be dragged from one employee to another or the starting or ending point can be dragged to a new time.
Printing the schedule- To print the schedule select a day within the week you wish to print. Click the print button and select either "by day" or "by employee".
