From time to time you may have a special event that sells tickets but does not get reported. In other cases, you may need to retransmit past reports. This article explains how to do so.


Stopping Automatic Box Office Reporting

In order to stop a film from transmitting box office data to Rentrak, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Setup -> Films
  2. Select the Film(s) you wish to disable automatic box office reporting for, and press Edit
  3. Uncheck the 'Rentrak Transfer Box in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
  4. Save

Turning on Automatic Box Office Reporting

If you had previously disabled automatic box office reporting, and want to reenable it, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Setup -> Films
  2. Select the Film(s) you wish to disable automatic box office reporting for, and press Edit
  3. Check the 'Rentrak Transfer Box in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
  4. Save

Retroactively Sending Box Office Reports

If you had previously disabled reporting to Rentrak for a film, and want to send reports from a previous date, follow the steps below.

  1. First, make sure that you have reenabled Rentrak Transfer
  2. Navigate to Actions -> Communications -> Rentrak.
  3. Select the range of days you wish to retransmit for.
  4. Press Send.
