Check Seats Online
When you need to quickly check to see what seats have been sold on the go to an Individual Performance, you can check the Check Seats page. This page is hosted on your RTS Server and anyone with the link to quickly see what seats have been sold.
From Outside Your Local Network
To access the page from outside your local network, you'll need to know your RTN Number. This number can be found by navigating to Help -> About and looking for the number next to Rtn
Once you know your RTN number, open a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer on your Phone or Computer, and navigate to:
https:\\*RTN*.formovietickets.com:2235\checkseats

From Inside Your Local Network
To access the page from inside your local network, you'll need to know your RTS Server's IP Address. You find this by navigating to Help -> About and looking for the number next to the datapath.
Once you know your RTS Server's IP Adress, open a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer on your Phone or Computer, and navigate to:
https:\\*RTS Server's IP address*:2235\checkseats
Using the image above, the link will be https:\\10.125.0.18:2235\checkseats
Once you reach the Check Seats page, you'll be presented with your schedule.
Once you select the Performance you wish to see, you will be presented with the seating chart, with any sold seats highlighted in red.
You can press the Refresh button to refresh the page and pull the latest information. You can press the Back button to go back to the schedule.
