Disable Windows Updates - XP Kernal
From Rts
In RTS, select File -> Other -> Control Panel -> Services.
Double Click the "Automatic Updates" service.
Select the stop button.
Change the startup type to Disabled.
Click Apply
Click OK
In RTS, select File -> Other -> Control Panel -> Services.
