Computer
If your computer will not power on:
- Unplug the computer for 30 seconds, then plug it back into the same outlet.
- If that doesn't work, plug into a different outlet.
- If neither of the outlets work, replace the power cable on the computer with the power cable from another computer that does power on.
- If none of the above works, contact RTS Tech Support at 1-865-212-9703 or support@rts-solutions.com.

These are quick tips. For in-depth printer troubleshooting see Printer Troubleshooting
- Confirm that the printer has paper.
- Make sure the paper is properly aligned in the paper tray.
- If it has paper but still fails to print, restart the computer.
- If it still fails to print after a reboot, unplug the computer for 5 minutes. After this, plug the computer in and try printing once more.
- If you still can not print, contact RTS Tech Support at 1-865-212-9703 or support@rts-solutions.com.

- If the printer still will not print, change the cable plugged into the computer and printer.
- If the printer still will not print, move the printer to another computer with the same make/model of printer.

Card Reader
These are quick tips. For in-depth troubleshooting see Credit Card Device Troubleshooting
- Your credit card readers may need to be reset from time to time. If you are experiencing issues with a reader, make sure to unplug it from the computer and any power supply and make sure that the screen on the reader goes black.
- After 30 seconds plug the reader back in and test.
- If the reader is still not working properly, contact RTS Tech Support at 1-865-212-9703 or support@rts-solutions.com.
Touchscreen Monitor
If your monitor needs calibrated see: Calibrating your Touch Screen
If you are having issues with your touchscreen not registering input:
- Begin by cleaning the screen with appropriate cleaner.
- If your screen is still not registering touch, check the cabling. Most touchscreen monitors will have three cables, power, video, and either a serial or USB connection to the computer. Check that the cables are plugged in firmly on the screen and computer.
- If you are still having issues with your screen contact RTS Tech Support at 1-865-212-9703 or support@rts-solutions.com.
