Setting up a Fill Order Routing Configuration
A Fill Order Routing Configuration defines which items will be sent to what printer. You may create multiple Order Routing Configurations if you want an item to
- Navigate to
File -> Options - Select the Order Routing tab, and the Fill Order Options tab within that
- Press the Item Routing button
- If you do not wish to create a new configuration, skip this step
- Press the Add button at the top of the window
- Enter a name for the configuration
- For each printer:
- Check all items and subitems to modifiers which are sold individually
- Press the Add as Main button
- Click the name of the printer you want to add these items to.
- Check all items that are used as subitems to modifiers and not sold individually.
- Press the Add as Helper button
Configure your Selling Stations to Print to a Remote Printer
In order to tell your selling stations to print to a remote printer, navigate to Setup -> Local Computer. Inside of the Fill Order in the Order Routing tab, select your Item Group Configuration from the dropdown box.
Note:Setup -> Concessions -> Item Routing is depricated
