To globally set where items go:
File -> Options -> Item Routing -> Fill Orders -> Item Routing.
Where each local computer sends their stuff:
Setup -> Local Computer -> Order Routing -> Fill Order -> Item Group Configuration
(This chooses one of the globally set up item groups which dictates where items go)
