To Pickup Tickets: Open the Selling Screen by click Selling
Then Select Menu -> Pickup Tickets
Ways to enter in confirmation number:
- Scan the barcode
- Enter the 12 digit confirmation number
- Click the camera button and take a picture
- Swipe the credit card used to purchase tickets on a non-secure reader
Additionally, depending on how the tickets were purchased, they can be looked up by going to Advanced Pickup Search
- Last 4 of credit card number
- Searching for Email address
