Picking Up Tickets

To Pickup Tickets: Open the Selling Screen by click Selling

Then Select Menu -> Pickup Tickets

Ways to enter in confirmation number:

1. Scan the barcode

1. Enter the 12 digit confirmation number

1. Click the camera button and take a picture

1. Swipe the credit card used to purchase tickets on a non-secure reader

Additionally, depending on how the tickets were purchased, they can be looked up by going to Advanced Pickup Search

1. Last 4 of credit card number

1. Searching for Email address
