In the event that your RTS server will not power on:
- First, unplug the server computer for 30 seconds then plug it back into the same outlet.
- If that doesn't work, try plugging into a different outlet.
- If neither outlet works, replace the power cable on the server with a power cable from a working computer.
- If none of the above works, contact RTS Tech Support at support@rts-solutions.com.
In the case that the RTS server is constantly restarting or continually displaying an error:
