Timeclock Punch Slip
This feature in RTS allows employees to print off a slip that has their total paid hours for the week and the total hours for their shift once they have clocked out for the day.
Printing the Timeclock Slip
The settings mentioned in this section will need to be set on every station you will want the time clock slip to be printed from.
Setup-> Time Clock-> Options -> This Computer Tabthe Print Time Clock Slip will need to be checked and saved.
Setup-> Local Computer -> Connectionsand make sure that there is a printer model layout and printer connection setup for the Receipt option. If there is not a printer setup for that connection then the time clock slip will not print.
Configuring the Timeclock Slip
Setup-> Time Clock-> Options -> Network Settings Tab.
Pay Week Start:
The Timeclock slip will include the total paid hours the employee has worked this week. You can configure what day the pay week starts by navigating to
Setup -> Timeclock -> Options and setting the Pay Week Start in the Network settings tab.
This section of the Timeclock slip will display the employee's first name, first initial of their last name, and the last 3 digits of their employee number.
This section of the Timeclock slip has the date and time the employee clocked in and out of their shift for that day.
The Timeclock slip will show the total paid hours for the employee's shift before any break settings are removed.
In the break settings, if lunch breaks are enabled in the Punch Setting and the Report Settings then the total lunch hours removed from the employee's shift are shown on the Timeclock slip.
In the break settings, if breaks are enabled in the Punch Setting and the Report Settings then the total break hours removed from the employee's shift are shown on the Timeclock slip.
If an employee is assigned a department then the department name is displayed here.
The Timeclock slip will show the total paid hours for the employee's shift after any break settings are removed.
Total This Week:
The overall total paid hours, after break/lunch has been removed, an employee has after the end of their pay week.
If your system is set to remove lunches or Breaks from the Employee's paid time, additional lines will be added to the timeclock slip with lunch and/or break length listed, as well as the total paid time for the shift.
