Updating Credit Card settings
WARNING: DO NOT UPDATE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WHILE STATIONS ARE OPEN FOR SELLING.
All stations need to be closed and the deposit needs to be closed. Failure to do this will result in an inability to batch at the end of the day.
RTSComm service needs to be stopped - Prevents internet sales during this process
Actions -> Communications -> Manual Send Credit Card Batch.
Verify everything is closed with Report -> Stations -> Open.
TSYS - Can be done from any workstation
EMV - Needs to be done on server machine
To update credit card settings, ensure you are on an account logged in with sufficient privileges:
Setup -> Credit Card:
Select "Retail".
- Enter the current user password.
- Enter the credentials for the Secure User login [reference that page here for creating logins].
- Enter in the Credit Server Configuration information as provided by the credit company.
- Click "Save".
- Enter the credentials for the Secure User login.

TSYS is done, EMV needs:
Setup -> Credit Card -> EMV Server -> Download/Start EMV Server.
- Requires a restart.
- Test a transaction, verify no errors.
- Test a batch/close.
